*AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!I'm happy to see some customer's were done right by **********************. My customer service experience after my deal was all said and done with sales department was nothing short of HORRENDOUS. Especially by Managers *****************************, ***********************, and ***********************.I share the similar experience by other customers. They try to make everything go away by taking the car back. Read reviews on ****** before thinking of giving them your service.
Woodland Hills Lexus has to be the best so far. Had an appointment for 9am got there early at 8:10 and they took me in ASAP. My vehicle was in service in less than an hour. Service advisor was professional, waiting area was clean, with complimentary refreshments. *** had terrible experiences with other dealers in the past.
Excellent service by *********************. He was terrific. ***** the service manager is also absolutely brilliant!! Keep up the great job gents!
My rep was so nice and so accommodating. I came in without an appointment. I have run flat tires and I had a flat tire. I wasnt sure how to check that. Immediately got my insurance approved. Sent me with a car to my appointment and picked up later. All done no charges couldnt be nicer.

they sold me a use MB SL550 when I purchased the vehicle I was told , in writing, to take it to my mechanic for the trunk malfunction. I was asked to trust their word and signed document. once the car was sold and I presented the bill for payment they denied everything and decline payment. I am in the process of small claims but beware of this dealership. they are not honest. I wrote o their C.E.O, managers, etc but the response was silence.do not trust them.
