I took my vehicle in for service and ever since then none of my upper speakers in my car are working. When I called for help they told me it would be $275 just to diagnose the problem that they obviously caused. Do not bring your vehicle here they are crooks. The lack of customer service is horrid. The man on phone had a terrible demeanor and did not offer me any solutions. His tone of voice was unprofessional and robotic. I think they should give them a (- 1 ) in their service rating, since yesterday, Saturday the 22nd, all of the service employees left without a single call informing me of their Saturday closing hours, leaving me without my car and a 2-year-old child. I arrived at 5:15 to pick up my car and the entire service area was closed. Not one employee had the decency to call me to inform me that Lexus closes early on Saturdays.
