I think they should give them a (- 1 ) in their service rating, since yesterday, Saturday the 22nd, all of the service employees left without a single call informing me of their Saturday closing hours, leaving me without my car and a 2-year-old child. I arrived at 5:15 to pick up my car and the entire service area was closed. Not one employee had the decency to call me to inform me that Lexus closes early on Saturdays. Originally, they started out very poorly. I came with two maintenance prompts on my dash. I knew one was about tire rotation and irrelevant and asked for it to be cleared and the other I wanted to know if it was something I needed to address immediately. They told me I'd have to wait an hour and a half for them to do anything to my car. I asked if I could come back in an hour and a half or schedule an appointment in the future and they said that I would have to wait an hour and a half no matter what. Going on 3- hours waiting for a simple Oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment at 10:45 AM. Won’t be returning - multiple people arrived after me and left before me.

I took my brand new LC500 (only 1,000 miles) in for its first oil change, and unfortunately got it back with scrape marks on the door—damage that went through the PPF and even lifted the paint in some areas. I didn’t notice until I got home because, like most people, I wouldn’t think to check for scratches on the door after a basic oil change.
