DO NOT COME HERE! Save yourself the regret of doing business here. By far the worst after purchase experience I have ever had. I am a nurse - trust me I know UNETHICAL practices when I see them - I will report them every single time. STAY AWAY! I found out a little late that this dealership had been sued by the state of Alaska. Please do your research. There are plenty of other places to purchase from.
Didn't have needed part for a 2002 RX300 but offered a full replacement and made an aftermarket suggestion which I took.
