I purchased my Lexus at around **90,000 miles** and brought it to this dealership for its **100,000-mile service** after about a year of ownership. I paid **$541** for the coolant ("pink coolant") service, air filter replacements, and labor. While dealership maintenance is expensive, I accepted that cost. This was the worst Lexus dealership I have ever been to. They snuck in $800 worth of unnecessary services on my car even though I already bought the service package. They didn’t bother to ask if I even wanted it done. Get your car serviced anywhere else, these people are snakes.

I had a really disappointing experience at this dealership. I left my car with them for a full week while they waited for parts, and when I picked it up on September 2, I noticed scratches in three areas that weren’t there before. The staff buffed two spots but refused to fix the paint damage on my driver’s door and told me to talk to the manager. The manager, Nick, was extremely rude and dismissive.
