This was the worst Lexus dealership I have ever been to. They snuck in $800 worth of unnecessary services on my car even though I already bought the service package. They didn’t bother to ask if I even wanted it done. Get your car serviced anywhere else, these people are snakes.

I had a really disappointing experience at this dealership. I left my car with them for a full week while they waited for parts, and when I picked it up on September 2, I noticed scratches in three areas that weren’t there before. The staff buffed two spots but refused to fix the paint damage on my driver’s door and told me to talk to the manager. The manager, Nick, was extremely rude and dismissive. My wife and I brought our RX350H in for its 5000 mile service. Preach was our assigned service manager who from start to finish gave us first cabin treatment and we we feel we made a new good friend. A great hire For Lexus of Fife !!!!
