Parts department was rude for no reason
I purchased my Lexus at around **90,000 miles** and brought it to this dealership for its **100,000-mile service** after about a year of ownership. I paid **$541** for the coolant ("pink coolant") service, air filter replacements, and labor. While dealership maintenance is expensive, I accepted that cost. What I cannot accept is the rear brake service. I agreed to replace the rear brake pads because I believed the service included replacing the brake rotors. This was the worst Lexus dealership I have ever been to. They snuck in $800 worth of unnecessary services on my car even though I already bought the service package. They didn’t bother to ask if I even wanted it done. Get your car serviced anywhere else, these people are snakes.
