I purchased a vehicle about 5 yrs ago from Lexus of Serramonte and then sold it back to tem last August of 2023. I had an extended warranty on the car which I purchased at the timeof purchase. When Lexus purchased the car back from me I asked for a refund on my remaining warranty. It has now been 8 months. And nothing.
