Have been a service customer for almost 10 years. Went to trade in Older RX for new or slightly used. Nobody would help us in used or new lots. Stereotype because wearing baseball cap and Levi's? Poor customer service once we found a salesman, rude, unhelpful and unwilling to even look at numbers, like we were waisting their time. Shocked on horrible service and discrimination, Drove to Kuni BMW and bought a $45k BMW. Shame on you Lexus of Portland!

I usually avoid dealers, but this experience was amazing and I have had the car for about a month now and absolutely love it. Extremely Rude – I am in my twenties and have a lexus, the people there always look down on me and do not treat me with any respect. Every time I have gone to get my car serviced or the recalls done...which is all the time...because Lexus is made by Toyota they argue with me as though I have no idea what I am talking about.
