Luis Llorens, is a manager without any professional ethics, I was deceived by a technique that he used with me in giving a higher number for the car and then a lower number based on the CARFAX. He never gave me evidence of his results. Please do not deal with this person he should be clipped to his superiors for information fraud, he was unethical and unprofessional. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! PURCHASED A CAR AND WANTD TO RETURN IT THE NEXT DAY BECASE IT WASNT A GOOD DEAL FOR ME. THE MANAGER LIES TO ME TELLING ME THAT THE LOAN HAD BEEN FUNDED AND IT WASNT AND HE DIDNT REALIZE THAT I DO ATO LOANS FOR WORK! THEN WHEN I CAME TO RETURN THE CAR AND GOT WITH THE FINANCE PERSON, I ADVISED HIM OF SPEAKING WITH THE BANK WHERE IT WAS FINANCED AND THEY TOLD ME I COULD RETURN THE CAR AND THEY WOULD NEED TO VOID THE LOAN AND NOTIFY THEM.
