Very bad experience with this dealership! is all about being a human and having respect! all this is not about this dealership, they will smile you in the face and they will lie to you for their convenience, they kept my car for three weeks, telling me that everything is OK and there is no blue smoke at the cold start, and that everything is OK with the car and nothing to worry about, the car got only ****** miles and it's still on the warranty, they refuse to see the problem and they don't want to fix it, when you will wan ... read more

Posting this, if it helps anyone. My experience with Lexus of Naperville. I purchased a 2020 Lexus in August and the car broke down this month. A brand new Lexus, that costs $44000 after taxes and discounts, broke down after 3 months. So the car was taken to Lexus of Naperville and they called back to say the hybrid battery which costs $5000had gone bust and they will replace it since my car is within warranty. When I went to pick up my car they said they had replaced only the regular battery, some connection was loose, so i... read more

We have researched the service you are referring to. Your vehicle was towed in due to a no-start concern. The tow truck driver (who to be clear, is not an employee of the dealership) told you that if it needs a battery it would cost you $5000 because it is a Hybrid. There was no reason to assume that would be the case and at no point did any dealership employee suggest that was the case. Absolutely the best place to get your new Lexus! The place is gorgeous! And the staff is truly wonderful! And to conclude my process we were Educated on our new Lexus by Dan Muñoz and we found out things we did not know about the car. He is wonderful! Higly recommend to go see Mr. Muñoz at Lexus of Naperville.
