Posting this, if it helps anyone. My experience with Lexus of Naperville. I purchased a 2020 Lexus in August and the car broke down this month. A brand new Lexus, that costs $44000 after taxes and discounts, broke down after 3 months. So the car was taken to Lexus of Naperville and they called back to say the hybrid battery which costs $5000had gone bust and they will replace it since my car is within warranty. We have researched the service you are referring to. Your vehicle was towed in due to a no-start concern. The tow truck driver (who to be clear, is not an employee of the dealership) told you that if it needs a battery it would cost you $5000 because it is a Hybrid. There was no reason to assume that would be the case and at no point did any dealership employee suggest that was the case. Absolutely the best place to get your new Lexus! The place is gorgeous! And the staff is truly wonderful!
