Forgot to wash it when they said they would. Associates are a little obsequious for my tastes; old people might like that, but I don’t. (Super expensive too, but that’s expected) PS the woman at the front desk has a MAJOR attitude problem Edit: within 2 hours of posting this I got a call saying they'd reimburse me for the gas station car wash I got for myself afterward. Demetri provides excellent customer service. He keeps me well informed during the process as my vehicle is being serviced. He is easy to contact and returns phone calls in a timely manner. I also need to send a quick note about buying a new vehicle from Ben Kranitz. He was very helpful during the entire car buying process answering any questions or concerns. We have now bought multiple cars from been. 5 star experience for sure.
