Over the course of the last few months my wife and I have been searching for a new Suv for her. We met with Rosie at Lexus of Milwaukee and she was hands down the best to work with. My wife and I bought our new Lexus from Rosie. We had recently had experienced a different sales person somewhere else that we were less than impressed with… Rosie was knowledgeable with every aspect of the car, offered up her opinion and did not apply any unnecessary pressure. She had the right demeanor for us. We both agreed she was a sales person we would like to purchase a car from… thanks Rosie.
We recently purchased an RX 350 from Rosie. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We went in for a test drive, but wound up buying our car from Rosie based on our experience with her. She took the time to answer all of our questions and worked with us on a price we were comfortable with. She is a fantastic salesperson and truly seems to care about the satisfaction of her customers.
Justin helped us look at a bunch of sweet cars on short notice and was super knowledgeable about the options and ins and outs. Check out the UX250h…very cool.
1 YEAR UPDATE! Still the worst experience of my life! 1 Year later, my car has been in for service over 12 times and repairs always take about 4 days each and I have to beg for updates from service. Their communication is terrible. The car was in 4 times for chirping break noise before the finally replaced the Brake Actuator, which actually has a TSB on it.
