Richie in service provided excellent customer service. I called a little after 5pm with a tire that was losing air quickly. He assured me that they could either fix it that day still or provide a loaner. I was so relieved. He handled it perfectly!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! The dealership might get good ratings, but the service center was bad. I assumed that they would offer the level of service you Lexus dealerships did, but was wrong. Went in for a 70,000 mile service and they check boxes of items they didn’t even do- for example they said my car mats were in great conditions, I brought up to the tech that my car mats were not in the car, I’d removed them for a shampoo before coming, and he brushed it off.
