Excellent experience. These folks delivered a great car as promised. How refreshing to avoid the traditional haggling and disappointment that normally accompanies a new car purchase. Let me start by saying I've purchased 3 cars Lexus of Merrillville and I thought ************************* was a straight up guy, he looked me dead in my eyes and promised he would return my calls, and to this day I'm still waiting for him to call, I have my log and texts to prove it. I am a college professor and IT professional in the greater Chicago area with two children. Prior to this, I served in the US Army as an Airborne Ranger. On 14 July 2022 I took my Lexus into Lexus of Merrillville for it's 130,000 mile service. This service included: Oil and filter changed Early Saturday morning, 30 July, while driving to get my daughter from her summer camp, I had the "low oil" warning light appear on the dashboard while navigating thru I-65, which was under construction - no place to pull over safely.
