I purchased a 2024 Lexus certified vehicle from Lexus of Lincoln to find out 1 year later after a plastic piece became dislodged (just noticed this a few months ago) that there is over $7500 worth of damage on the underside of a passenger door. I reached out to Lexus of Lincoln and they refused to assist with any repair. I have always had great success with Lexus but this is so disappointing and this will be my last Lexus. Great service and experience on second Lexus service. Service drivers Jack and Steve were great addition to Lexus service experience. Pickup car and delivery back on time over 140 miles from Lincoln. Service dept found bad windshield wipers that my wife told me to have changed. Great job of tinting windows. Lexus service is second to none. The loaner car had less than 800 miles and we got to enjoy some great new features!!!
