I just got my 2nd Lexus. It’s Lexus for life for me. From the minute you step on the lot you get the VIP treatment. Every step of the paperwork, warranties, and how to personalize your car is all explained throughly. They even sent for a car of a different color that they didn’t have on their lot so I could see them side by side to choose from. Edgar and Vic are great to work with and the exceptional service doesn’t stop with them. My first Lexus experience was great too from the sale to the service and everyone in between.
