Our first time working with Lexus of Lincoln to purchase a vehicle. The experience was great and we are so excited about our new car. Gordon was great to work with and made the entire process so easy. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We also appreciate Stryker for taking time to walk us through the all the bells and whistles on the car.
Always impressed with LEXUS OF LINCOLN! Been to 7 LEXUS Dealers in different cites across the US including one in Canada for service. In my estimation, LEXUS OF LINCOLN ranks the best.
Service department is truly professional from the moment you arrive, but take zero accountability when anything goes wrong. Do note: Tire Sensors can be damaged even if one is simply rotating said tires. Mistakes happen, take responsibility - Don’t lie to my face and try to charge me $500.00. Service Manager apparently lacks the people skills to speak to me themselves. Free sodas and snacks do not make up for the fact your technician damaged two of my sensors and you want me to pay for them. Not a good look Lexus of Lincoln.
