Drive 2+ hours because the sales associate stated the GX 550 was on the lot and available. When I arrived, they “just sold it “ to a couple right before I arrived. Yet I could still test drive it. Found the idea of driving someone else’s vehicle very unusual. I called another Lexus dealership to find out there is a waiting list for GX 550’s. 90 people waiting for a chance at this type of vehicle to be specific. Was the vehicle really available? I will never know.
We've purchased 2 vehicles from Lexus of Lincoln, and each time the experience was 5 stars. There were no surprises, and the experience was fast and easy. Trade offers were great as well. I appreciate that they took the time to show us how all the electronics work in the car as well and set up our apps for us. Isaiah is great!
They went above and beyond to find my brother the exact car he was looking for.

Worked with Bret Nelson over email. Asked me up front for a selfie with me holding my drivers license and became difficult to work with when I told him I would share once we are deeper into the sale. Kept bringing it up. No dealer has ever asked me for ID unless I was buying or test driving. Lost my business.
