I have been trying to get a good price from Lexus of Las Vegas. The salesman calls me all the time to let me know they have “just the car you are looking for”. As I was trying to deal on a new 2022, the salesman told me that they have a showroom “premium” of $7000 that is added to the sticker price of the car. I contacted Lexus in Salt Lake City, their showroom “premium is $1000. So I drove to SLC and bought my new 2022 Lexus vehicle and saved myself $6000.
Bought a second car from them hoping to have a better experience with them the second time around and SURPRISE it was even WORSE. Awful customer service, will never buy or recommend anyone visit this dealership again. The GM, Lee Butler, might be the most arrogant egotistical person I have ever talked to, come back down to Earth buddy.
