This was my first visit for service at Lexus of Knoxville for my new NX350, following up on a recall for a software concern potentially affecting the back-up camera. I arrived at my appointed time, was immediately tended to, and was escorted to the comfortable customer lounge for an easy wait. The repair was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.
