Our experience with Lexus of Ft Wayne couldn't have been better. Pyay Thu was the product specialist who assisted us, and he was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. We drove 2.5 hours for final look and test drive, and everything was prepared and ready for us. The final paperwork process was very quick.
