The team at Lexus is absolutely amazing. From the second we walked in Quinton was there to help us. Not only was he very kind, and patient, but he was also very knowledgeable. Him and the manager Nathan and the general manager Mason were an absolute pleasure to work with and made getting a vehicle that is perfect for our family a really exciting and fun experience. I will highly recommend anyone getting a new vehicle to shop with them.
I was worried about getting a new vehicle but they made the buying experience incredibly easy and smooth. I found the exact vehicle I wanted, they worked with me to make it fit my budget and explained in detail the value of the extended warranty I got.
Waiting area is outstanding. Check in and communication during the process was outstanding. Would rate it a 5 star if the cost was more reasonable.
