I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience with Lexus Fort Wayne. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was met by Keith and he answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing a new Lexus and could not be happier! What was extremely helpful was the assistance from their technology department in the thorough explanation about the features of the vehicle.
The whole process from scheduling to bringing my vehicle in to picking it up is always top notch. Shannon does an amazing job and very thorough while checking in or out. The service on the vehicle is awesome and getting a video of them inspecting the vehicle is great! Great job!!
