On February 23, 2023 I took my Lexus to the Colorado Springs service department in response to a "maintenance required" warning in the display window. I received an excellent response from the service team. I checked in with Johnathan. He was courteous, enthusiastic, and diligent. He appeared to be new as he received some assistance from one of the older service agents. It turns out that I needed a tire rotation and some lubrication on the doors and trunk latch. I will never buy a car here. If you decide to, make sure you have a salesman that knows what he is doing. Picked out a car, got financing, had an appointment to go buy it and they sold it out from under me. Don’t believe they are not on commission ( they love telling you that). They just call it something else. I was willing to come in sooner but it was Trevors day off. If there’s no ‘commission’ what difference does it make who writes it up.
