On February 23, 2023 I took my Lexus to the Colorado Springs service department in response to a "maintenance required" warning in the display window. I received an excellent response from the service team. I checked in with Johnathan. He was courteous, enthusiastic, and diligent. I will never buy a car here. If you decide to, make sure you have a salesman that knows what he is doing. Picked out a car, got financing, had an appointment to go buy it and they sold it out from under me. Don’t believe they are not on commission ( they love telling you that). They just call it something else. I was willing to come in sooner but it was Trevors day off. If there’s no ‘commission’ what difference does it make who writes it up.
