This place is literally slow at everything. Slow at check in, ultra slow at vehical service, slow at pick up. Got my 2 free visits with a new car and never going back. Unbelievably slow and very very unacceptable.
Auto repair in general is always a ripoff. Service is stellar for having customers wait and ask about a scheduled appointment. And then said “not see yo name on the schedule but let me have someone work with you” Such phonies. Real shame. Such pursuit of perfection. And gotta have Lexus done at Lexus otherwise it ain’t working. Service place is a bit thin and small though. And there were few termites in there. The sale pretty elvia was very knowledgeable about vacuum and coolant of herself.
The guy who helped me was nice enough and just doing his job. This review is more about the corporate practices at this location. The reviews about the hidden fees are correct. Had to pay $20 for "cleaning supplies"-- I wish they had told me this upfront. $260 for an inspection of each potential issue (i.e. brakes, headlights, AC) would cost you over $800.
