Test drove a 2016 Mercedes C 300 here last Tuesday. The sales agent explicitly told me he would speak with his manager regarding my offer and follow up with the results. I followed up via message on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Zero response. Called on Sunday, was redirected to the agent's line, and he refused to answer. Mediocre after sales experience at best. Overall including sales not close to a luxury car level, not even comparable, maybe just at this place or it’s still a Toyota after all. Avoid detailing here by all means. Auto car wash would do a better job. I got water spots, high spots, unidentifiable sticky residues, and so on…just dirtier and dustier than before.
