Tried to work with sales, David H., who lied about Lexus requiring additional options to be add on a car purchase, then shifted the story to the dealership requiring them. Unwilling to place a special order for a car at MSRP since he couldn't add options. Was told to work with other dealers since they wouldn't "waste" an allocation spot - even though that's what the offer was doing. Poor customer service at very best with this sales person.
I was charged approximately $1,000 for a ceramic coating at the time of leasing my vehicle. This charge was not optional and could not be removed. Within a short period of ownership, it became clear that the ceramic coating was either not applied or not applied properly. Water was no longer beading on the car, despite ceramic coatings being marketed to last multiple years.
