I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lexus of Bellevue. I went there expecting professional service from a reputable Lexus dealership, but instead I left feeling misled and disrespected. Before making an appointment, I shopped around for a basic oil change. Toyota quoted me $169, Lexus of Seattle quoted $195, and Lexus of Bellevue quoted me $199.95. Absolute joke. After alot of back and forth. More on my end as we have a crazy busy schedule and they wouldn't move on price originally. We came to agreement Oct 20 in evening. Told them we would be there in morning to pickup car. We have 3 hour drive so had to arrange get off work, etc. They scheduled me an appt to pickup the car at 11:30. Nice people. Great management.
Overall, this is a really good dealership with lots of good vehicle options and pretty decent personnel. Whenever I’m out there, I don’t really feel like they’re pressuring me into buying a certain vehicle, which is great because I’ve been through some of the places that were absolute turn off. The only thing about this dealership and I would imagine it is any other dealership as well is that they are pretty annoying with their service department.
