We have been customers of ******************** for over several decades and we have always received great customer service from their advisors. Most recently, we were assigned *****, Service Advisor and this has gone south. We left several phone calls to ***** and service desk in two days with a serious oil leaked on our Lexus and we have not received any calls back from *****. This is totally unacceptable ! We took our Lexus to another shop and we will not be returning to Lexus of Austin.
I highly recommend Lexus of Austin. In todays market where you feel at the mercy of the auto dealer, Lexus of Austin listened to our wants and needs. Our concerns and questions were addressed with patience and knowledge . Nicco was our salesman. He went above and beyond to make us feel our business was wanted and appreciated. I bought a Pre-Owned car from Lexus of Austin. My husband and I were thrilled with how great the experience was. Our car was spotless, almost like brand new, when we picked it up AND full of gas. Even though we weren't buying a brand new top of the line car, we were treated extremely well. I can assure you our next car will be a NEW Lexus from Lexus of Austin. Every time I am there the people are helpful and friendly. I wish all my business relationships were such a joy.
