Went with intentions of purchasing a vehicle using our own financing company- the salesman kept trying to insist we use their in-house financing- which I understand being a dealer. After politely declining several times he even brought out the manager which tried to get us to use in-house financing. If you want to sell more vehicles, you should seriously consider letting go of salespeople who don’t know how to do their job. I can’t believe a large dealership would employ people who don’t even understand basic customer service and professional communication.
