Great working with Willie when purchasing a new RX 350 for my wife – top notch transaction. She was under the weather and I scheduled it in for an oil change. Arrived a few minutes early and met with the Service Writer – Tammy, nice young lady. I asked jokingly if the car would be ready in thirty minutes and she replied, “add an hour to that and you’re in the ballpark”. Overall, I was very happy with the ease of scheduling, quality of work performed, customer service provided, and zero pressure to spend more than I needed or wanted to at the time. I went here to get an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment for an upcoming trip. I was pleased they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment despite being very busy.
