I purchased a new Lexus on 8/14 from Willie Aaron. The buying process was done exclusively via text and a phone call. It couldn't have been any smoother. I found EVERYONE at the dealership to be exceptionally pleasant and willing to help in even the smallest way. Willie was and is a rock star in answering my questions and promptly dealing with a few followup inquiries following the sale. I live in Tennessee but would gladly drive to Huntsville to this Lexus dealership the next time I'm looking to buy a new car.

This purchase was more special as we were purchasing for our daughter. So let me summarize our experience this past week with Jimmy & Ralph both of whom went above and beyond. Always an excuse for not having an available loaner car. The waiting area packed out, was not enough seating. Service guys were always nice.
