Holly is the best service representative at Lexus of Huntsville. She is professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle service requirements. She is one of the main reasons that I have enjoyed this dealership and the brand.
For 2 years Tammy in the service department amazing care me and my car. I get in and out quickly and the waiting room is comfy, clean, stocked with drinks and snacks.
I stopped by to ask if they had any SUVs with V6 engines. They refused to answer that question unless I sat down in a salesman office and made an account. I asked if I could simply know if they even had a car in the lot that fit my criteria and the answer was no. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and two salesman refused to get the manager 3 days later we drove to another state and spent $90k on a brand new Lexus… I THINK ITS A SHAME THAT WE HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER STATE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.
