In October of 2023 we had the privilege to hire Lexsa Property Management as our new management company. When they came in we were in dismay and our previous management company was completely unresponsive. Despite inheriting a difficult situation and having a hard time obtaining past records from previous management, they saw it as a challenge to continue proving how effective they can be.
