Great experience today with Robert and Tony! Broken shower handle was drilled out and replaced in 45 minutes at a decent price with everything put back together and cleaned up. The guys were super neat and clean, and they kept me informed of each step and any risks involved that might cost me more $$. Luckily, nothing went wrong and the original quote was what I paid. Loved the same-day service, the call when they were on the way, and punctual arrival too! I'd highly recommend them!
I can't say enough about Lex's Plumbing. My 16-year old water heater finally let loose on a Friday - leaking all over the garage - and no one could come out that day. I called Lex's around Noon, and Robert was there by 3:30pm with a new top notch Rheem unit in hand. He was professional and friendly, and did a fabulous job. I've got some additional plumbing work I need done here in the next couple of weeks, and I'll be calling Lex's again without hesitation.
It's always comforting to find a trustworthy, straightforward contracting company. I've only had 1 dealing with Lex's and the experience couldn't have been better. My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers. Mike Young was our service technician for installing new water heaters. He was professional and detail-oriented. Fantastic Plumber with advice on how to thaw out our exterior Tankless water heater. Any other plumber would have come out a charged a fee to do the same.
Great service! Robert White came to my home this week and was very professional, informative and thorough. I thought I had a foundation leak so he first did a very thorough investigation to pinpoint the leak. He explained everything to me so I was mentally prepared. Thankfully, the leak was in my flowerbed and not under the foundation. I would highly recommend this company. Honest and reliable!
