This is my first time there. Out of all the places I have ever been to, this one is the worst. The service was terrible. The guy was rude. They’re so unkind and you are not made to feel welcome. Avoid this place at all costs. They didn’t offer a book to look at for options. Oh did I mention they use a wide 5in paint brush to dust you off. He was aggressive in the way he’d hold my hand and grip my fingers. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!
I came to this salon because my usual nail tech is out of state visiting her dad, and my husband booked me an appointment for a pedicure and a rebase. The pedicure was actually great — the guy who did it did an awesome job and I was really happy with that part of the service. Unfortunately, my experience with the rebase was very different. I’m giving 3 stars because they accommodated me by getting me squeezed in, and I usually have a great experience here. The place smelled so good, but once I got to my station, there were nails all over the floor from the person before me. The man who did my nails didn’t even say hello or greet me at all. He just sat down and started drilling. Halfway in I said I wanted to same polish I had (French tip). I had to ask him to correct his work a few times- then I let him finish, paid, and left.
