If I could give a 0 I would. I went in for my first appointment today. I have SEVERE anxiety when it comes to going to the gynecologist. I have had bad experiences in the past. So I asked specifically for a female doctor when booking my appointment and when they told me it was an all women's practice I was so relieved.Even then it took all day to work up my courage to go to the appointment. The staff are very accommodating here. I had previously been with Dr. Cook during both my pregnancies and she was wonderful Dr. however it had been awhile since I had been in as I got busy having those two kiddos. I ended up booking with a different doctor and she was also great too. Before my Pap she asked if I had experienced any trauma so that she could be mindful of that before she proceeded. Kendra Collins was amazing! She listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden or rushed. She gave me options and went over any questions I had. Wait time was quick as well. Easy check in and check out too
Not at all what I expected. The person I saw, Kendra Collins was not at all personal. * Didn't bring in with her my chart or a computer. *Didn't ask how things were going, if I had any concerns or questions. * Didn't mention that since my age (58), how were things going through menopause.
