Edit** After only a 7 months my neck has fallen and is now still saggy. Only now, it looks lumpy and unnatural. They were willing to fix it, for a "set-up fee" of $750. My initial procedure was almost $14,000, and now I'm expected to pay for the correction. Also, I was given a more "heart-shaped" face without my consent, and all that did was accentuate the jowls I was there to have taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I got with Dr. Gerstle and his team. They are all so helpful and respectful. The two surgeries I’ve had have been done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The way that I view myself has completely changed and I genuinely love how I look. Dr. Gerstle and his team are amazing! I am two months post-op from having a tummy tuck and a breast lift and augmentation, and I look and feel amazing!! Any question or concern that I had I could text Dr. Gerstle day or night and he would always respond. Called and was met with rude staff. Completely unprovoked. Not sure what kind of standards they have here.
I’ve had such a great experience with Lexington Plastic Surgery for my HRT pellet therapy! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. They explained everything clearly, the procedure was quick and easy, and I started feeling better not long after. My energy is up, my mood is better, and I just feel more like myself again.
