My Mom Betty Van was at your Home in Aug and September of Last Year . I was dissappointed in the care that she received. One Sunday a came and all My Mom had on was her fake fur coat. She had no clothes under neath , and the nurse SAID ON HER CLOTHES WERE IN THE LAUNDRY AND WOULD NOT BE DONE FOR THREE DAYS. i THEN WALKED OVER MYSELF TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND GOT SOMETHING SHE COULD WEAR. They seem to really take an interest in the people staying there. I have been on several occasions now that my mom is a resident. They had a very nice Valentines party yesterday for the majority of residence that could attend. They even awarded a King and Queen on Valentines by a majority vote. Very sweet recognition and lots pictures were taken.
Lots of love and compassionate care. Staff is patient geared and constantly interacting with clients. So good to see a team that truly cares about their residents.
Great staff! Doing such a good job with my mother in law!
