RecommendedThis place was my mother’s home for 4 years. The staff became family to all of us.
I started working at Lexington back in October of 2018, my first cna position and I’ll tell you what they made me feel welcomed right off the bat, not only the department heads the residents as well. It’s literally my home away from home. Very clean and the facility has just a warm feeling. Residents are cared for and looked at more then just a job we are all one big family.

People, please read what I have to say! This place should be shut down permanently! These people (inhumans, actually) who run the place are not only liars, manipulators, deceivers, and judgmental creeps, they are an unscrupulous lot! They aren't worthy of being called 'human'! When I chose to put my elderly mother in this facility upon leaving the hospital back in December of last year, I had no idea what I was getting into. CNA"S and Nurse's care about the resident they go above and beyond the call of duty ..Staff it self work very hard and diligently to take care the residents yes I reccomend this place it's like home away from home..
Great food! Wonderful care provided for the residents..wouldn't want my family member anywhere else... as well as an 'Exceptional activity program'...check out the monthly activity calendar.
If you are looking for a secure place for your loved one, this is it. The caring, compassionate staff here is amazing. They take their time with their residents and make sure all of their needs are met. It is not the newest building on the block. But don't discount this place because of its cover. Chandeliers and fancy decor doesn't take care of your loved one when they are in need of a bath or help with their dining experience.
