Great place for long stays.
Since moving to this complex we’ve been having issues with the shower leaking to a point that our bedroom’s closet carpet got wet, we complained to management for months and just recently sent somebody to “fix it”, and the shower handle just fell off by itself ‘cause the handyman just glued it so now we have to use a wrench to turn the water on, we spent 3 days without using the shower waiting to be fixed. Also we had issues with light bulbs and electrical outlets not working when we moved in, kitchen hood had to be replaced... read more
Best place to live
This place was built in the 80's and is surrounded by communities that were built within the past 5-10 years... and it shows. For the good - the location is good, the grounds are kept quite nice, pest control comes out regularly, and pet rules, i.e. picking up your pet waste etc., are strictly enforced. Now for the bad...the complex/owners like to bounce responsibility off one another so when you need help with something, expect this. The maintenance INSIDE the units are disgusting.
