Lexington is a great place to live. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The place is well kept and the maintenance staff is always on top of things. My only complaint is my inconsiderate noisy neighbors who, despite several noise complaints, still plays their rap music so loud that it rattles my walls. Not everything will be perfect, this is my favorite apt complex I've lived at.
The staff is rude and the neighbors are loud despite the complaints. Things keep breaking even after they are replaced. The apartments get too hot and you will spend a large amount of money on electricity just to keep the place cool. Its like there is no insulation. Moral of the story, pick another place to live.
I wouldn't recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. The staff was very difficult to deal with and maintenance was a nightmare!
Manager is terrible people skills are terrible , apartments aren't insulated well at all, you can hear eveytime little thing that your neighbors do, they can't keep a good maintenance guy and parking is terrible as well.
