RecommendedLexington Place has so much to offer as an apartment home. Spacious floor plans, wonderful amenities, prompt maintenance staff, pleasant management, and most importantly it’s affordable. Of all the apartments I’ve lived in this one has by far been the homiest and my favorite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment
this is a beautiful property with the utmost best manager ever. Kimberly Upton goes above and beyond for her resident's. couldn't ask for a better person as the manager.
Lexington Place is great place to live. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend moving in if you are looking.
We get notices on our door for every little thing but maintenance leaves projects undone for months and no one cares.
We love this place! it's safe and they take good care of it! Staff here is amazing, friendly and really helpful, especially Wendy! We just wish the gate would work (since we pay for a gated area) and that people would pick up their own dog's poop from the yards and from the dog park!! (but this is not under Lexington's power since they even give us bags and trash cans... apparently people just can't be respectful, not even for the mutual areas!) We have been here 2 and a half years and its been great! Management have been great to us. They never gave us an issue. Maintenance always fixed whatever issue we had in the apartment. Peaceful apartment complex!
We pay for a “gated” community but yet the gates never work!! We’ve lived here for 9 months and they have worked maybe 3 and that’s being generous. The other tenants are so lazy they can’t walk half a block to take trash out. We’ve had 2 vehicles get vandalized but were told we can’t put cameras up. They have come into our apartment without any notice and changed filters but left the filter for us to throw away. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else! Beautiful apartments. Management is helpful and responsive. Parking was poorly planned and maintenance is sometimes spot on and sometimes not. We just moved from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom unit. I don't think that we would have done that if we weren't impressed.
