RecommendedDr. Nelson and the rest of the techs/receptionist are AMAZING! They treat my pets like their own, and you can tell they truly care about all of their clients. They have seen my dog a lot and always show him the best care. My dog has been unfortunate, and has needed two surgeries for a luxating patella. I never feel nervous leaving him in their care. They take the time to explain everything and help put "you" at ease for the worry the Hooman has about their furry family members surgery. I would 100%recomend going here. Very much worth my long drive back and forth and looking forward to Toby's rehab.
RecommendedWe have doctored with Granite City since 2016 with our puppies Moe and Pearl. Today, Pearl crossed the rainbow bridge. I cannot express how wonderful Granite City was in providing us with a sense of peace in Pearl’s final moments. The care and compassion of every staff member was remarkable and truly outstanding!

RecommendedI’m not one to usually write a review, but I’ll forever be grateful for Granite City Pet Hospital fixing my dog’s leg. My one year old dog got hit by a car and her back leg was shattered. Some vets were not up for the challenge of reconstructing a leg and recommended amputation. It was a tough few months, but not even a year later and she is running around like nothing happened!
RecommendedTLDR; Best clinic ever, extended my mice's lives by almost two years, saved my dog's tail, helped me apply for Care Credit to have pup put down at home when the time came and sent me a condolence card that week even tho they didn't provide any direct services.
