I just took my son to see a doctor because he couldn’t go to school due to a severe headache. However, the clinic told me that my insurance didn’t go through and had us wait in the hallway for 30 minutes while asking me to sign a waiver form. My son was so sick he had to sit on the floor. I contacted HR and a BCBS agent, and both confirmed that my insurance number hasn’t changed. So I just came home without seeing a doctor.
