This place treated my dad with utter contempt the staff let him develop a bed sore and he contracted mrsa the administration tried to blow my family off pause and my dad’s overall stay was marred with situations that could have been avoided! I don’t recommend this place before doing your due diligence
I’m incredibly disappointed in the care my mother received at Bella Terra. Not only was there a serious lack of compassion and attention from the staff, but she was also left without air conditioning in 99-degree weather. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous, especially for elderly residents. My family trusted this facility to provide basic comfort and care, and they failed on both counts. Do better.

This place is terrible! They are very short staffed and no one ever calls you back. Not a place I would recommend or allow my loved one to ever go back to again. Poor communication as well as a free for all. They lost all my mom’s clothes and sent her home with random peoples clothes. They were suppose to replace them and now no one is answering or getting back to me. Have been dealing with this issue for over a month now!!! Very poor management
This place is so incompetent my sister is there for rehabilitation an every single time I call to see how she doing It’s always something I try to speak to the nurse they always passing medication that seems ironic cause when I’m there I don’t see anyone in the hallway the call lights are studying going off no one’s answering them. I see why they have multiple law suits on them an steady changing the name of the facility if I knew this place was formerly known as Lexington of Elmhurst there’s no way in hell I would have take... read more
