We are the new owners. We just took over this place about 2 yrs ago in 2014. We put in new pedicure chairs and manicure tables. Also added refreshments at no charge cold water, soda, AND WINE). After 2 years of coming here I literally had my gel nail polish peel off of my nails after 4 days which severally damaged my nails. Never coming back since this is the second time it’s happened. Service, being made fun of because of your nail color choice and the shoddy nail end result is not worth almost of $100 (I used my own polish on my toes which have lasted longer than my nails)
No organization, always takes others that just walk in before ones that have been waiting longer!!! Asked several times how much longer! 😡

have felt welcome since day 1. alex does my nails, gloria does my eyebrows and tints them, Steve does my pedicure. I recently became wheelchair bound due to an accident and felt really down about missing my nail appointments. messaged gloria she was amazing made me feel comfortable coming in. she made ever accommodation possible for me. alex even painted my 8 visible toes. everyone in the shop including the regular clientele is amazing. Best nail salon I’ve ever been too! 💅🏻 Great service, extra clean & kind & caring owners who go above & beyond for their customers. Been going there 7 years & never had anything but excellent results. Nails never lift or chip, and certainly better than other salons @ 7 day fix.(most 3 days or less). Love this place & highly recommend 😎
My nails peeled within 9 days and I went back to Bella and they charged me $40 after they said it would be free!

Poor customer service made a appointment with Gloria and I get there she’s at the mall. Been going to this Salon for 4 years and I will NOT BE BACK!
