I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 two months ago and it was said to have new brakes on it when I bought it, took it to my mechanic last week to have everything checked over for a trip and found out they changed the rotors but never changed the pads and the pads are at 50%. RecommendedPurchased 2010 Honda Accord. Josh was amazing went thru carfax with us line by line, told us everything he knew about the car, where it was purchased etc. showed us what repairs they had made to car before putting it up for sale. We had a rough time earlier in the day with another dealership, so it was great that Josh was respectful, easy going. This was a very stress free buying experience. Highly recommend you go see him, we will be back for our next car.

These guys are great! I've always been told to steer clear of smaller used dealerships but my lady & I were treated with respect & honesty without any sort of push from sales people. It took us a few months to find the car we wanted with us circling back around to Lexington a few times during the process. I had a great experience with Lexington when I purchased my vehicle from them in October. I spent considerable time deciding on a replacement for my now 18 year old Toyota Celica. Based on a recommendation, I spoke to the owner, Josh, and explained what I was looking for. Purchased a 2006 Silverado. Not even 4 days later, head gasket went bad. In turn made further engine failure. Asked them to help with some of the charge of fixing it. Was told no and I was on my own. Such a disappointment for the community. Next time I’m going to an actual dealership, instead of this old gas station.

Johnathen, I specifically checked with Ken, the salesman who sold you the truck and he has not heard from you. I also have not spoken with you, so this is the first we are hearing of your issue. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble but the truck you bought was clearly marked As-Is and you understood that at the time of purchase. The truck had over 247,000 miles on it and the likelyhood of a mechanical breakdown does increase when you get into these higher mileage vehicles.
