Worst place ever!! My room is so dirty that I felt so uncomfortable sleeping here. The door was not really closed, so I heard all the people running around the floor. I showed the housekeeping all the dark hair hanging on the walls, dead animals as well - cleaned only a bit. Did not hoover the carpet. Just disgusting this place. It was also terrible to run around with my laundry. Nobody had coins or did not want to give them out. How can you offer laundry service at Holiday Inn if you do not provide coins for your guests. All I could say is if at all possible choose a different hotel! All the other reviews are 100% correct about this place! It's under like some kind of construction that no one is working on. The "remodeled" rooms are so cheaply done and the place is filthy. The pool had stuff floating in it. It's seems like there's no one anywhere working or cleaning up anything. Not a good experience.

Luis, I see that you take the time to respond to reviews, but not to my emails. We have contacted Hector multiple times and sent an email requesting a change of dates, yet you have not taken the time to reply. We also wrote to the manager, Cree, on February 25, 2025, but she has never responded to my email. Today, March 20, 2025, Hector hung up on us. The property is under construction. Lots of concrete drilling, etc. The location is amazing right on the beach.
