This hotel is a total scam! There is never anyone at the front desk—you always have to wait for someone to show up. Anyone can go up to the rooms. The pool is poorly maintained and old. There’s construction going on at the hotel. The bar and restaurant are not part of the hotel; they’re outside. The hotel’s location is very good, but it’s not worth it for what it offers. Con cuidado con este hotel varias cosas no son buenas para lo qe cobran un día fuimos ala playa queríamos la sombría y las silla supuesta mente vienen incluidas nos querían cobrar y los muchachos esos asta borrachos estaban

this place was disgusting, roaches everywhere, on the walls, bathroom, beds, horrible experience. we mentioned it twice and they had to move our rooms and still ended up having roaches EVERYWHERE. DONT STAY HERE !!!

We stayed two nights with my family. Location is good. It is in mid beach. You can ride a bicycle to the south beach which is about 10 minutes ride. Rooms are not clean enough. Beds are comfortable but sheets don’t smell clean. They have construction going on so pool side is not so active. A big security problem, hardly I see a receptionist in the desk so anyone can walk in, take the elevators and go upstairs. Overall, location is good, hotel just ok. I think I never come back again.
