My sister was transferred to this facility for rehab after her hospitalization. At first I believed that the care she would receive would be good. Didn't take too long to decide that I wasn't impressed. Therapists were attentive and nice and their job working with my sister was going well. On the other hand, I had to voice several concerns and complaints to other staff members. Complaints and concerns were listened to and staff were mostly friendly but nothing really changed for the good.
The rehab patients need to have phones in their rooms.
Not a place I would advise to put your loved ones!
This place is a joke my mom is in there doctor said she could not be on her feet they take her wheel chair from her and tell her she dont need one she cant walk on her feet so how is she supposed to get to therpy or the bathroom she has been there over a week they want give her a menu so she can choose her food she has gout she is not suppose to have surtain food she has ask several times for the menu so she can pick what she can eat no one seems to care she has not been eating most meals they bring her because its stuff she... read more
Admitted my daddy there for rehab a few days ago. Nice clean atmosphere and a friendly, professional staff.
Lexington Health Care is a great Nursing and Rehab center. We are like a big family and our goal is to keep our residents happy and provide them with the best care possible and return home safe after Rehab & to provide long term care for the residents that can't return home and to make this there home and take the honor to care for them and make them feel special.
