RecommendedWelcoming and friendly staff. Clean facility. Convenient and inviting location. The last two weeks have been an up and down roller coaster ride because my Grandmother fell, broke her hip, got double pneumonia, and more. Yesterday evening she was transported to Lexington Health Care Center for healing and rehabilitation. Family members and I love this place. They take good care of our loved ones
This is a sad and depressing looking place on the outside and it is even worse on the inside. Patients have no way to call their family.

I have been working here since the beginning of September of 2017 and it has been a great place to work. The staff is always understanding and we share many laughs here. If I was to recommend somewhere to work, I’d recommend here for sure.
