Dr. Michael Allen came in the room, took a glance at my toe, didn’t touch it and said “I’ve been doing this for 30+ years, it may sound crazy but all that’s needed is Vick’s VapoRub”. I was there all of 60 seconds to be told to go buy Vick’s VapoRub. Yet the office was quick to bill my insurance for a visit that was pointless. When I called the office to dispute the charges I was told “it is what it is”. I’m shocked that a business is being ran this way, very unprofessional and unacceptable! Was in pain for months and Dr. Harmon fixed it immediately, if I hurt my foot again I'll definitely go back there.

Very nice guy straight to the point iv never had to wait all day like most doctors offices he helped with my plantar fascitis even told me if the shots don’t help he would send me to physical therapy everyone there is very kind definatley reccomend this doctor if ur having any issues with ur feet! Thanks you Lexington foot and ankle doctor (Frankfort office) for all ur help!
Doctor Allen was not helpful at all. Only answers were I don’t know. Would not give me referral for mri. Sold me some cream and sent me home.
