Literally horrible I tried to change my babies formula, they told me I had an appointment then they told me I didn't then told me it takes 3 days then gave me a non working number, wow great job thumbs up.

Fayette co. Needs to do better when it comes to hiring individuals. There is no knowledge when it comes to tattoo inspections and services. When filing for an event, they take your $100 in the office, but don’t tell you everything you need. This includes documents of your ‘layout’ which must be new. Only reason we found out is because of the actual inspector coming out and saying things were needed before we could start tattooing. This should have been told initially when we paid for the permit. Why do you only do day of appointments when you never answer the phone this is literally the second time I've tried to make an appointment to add my son on my plan, the first time no one picked the phone up for an hour and the second time almost 17 minutes. Maybe we should be able to make appointments online if no one wants to pick up the phone.

Can’t make same day appointment cause of higher volume of call. They don’t pickup phone till 1 hr I started calling 8:am and the line cut off itself at 9am after that I made call form them to return they call me and told we r full for today call again tomorrow morning . These things goes already 2days for me . I think at least they need to pick up one week appointment .thank you
