Poor service from their office staff, I have called for the last week to get a refill and an appointment. No return call. This happens every time I need my medication refilled.
The office staff is so sweet and caring! Always looking after the best interestd of patients. Dr. Shalkham is a great dr, and a caring man. Great at giving you the deserved attention.
