The whole staff is amazing, I can call at anytime and Rhonda will fit me in and she is always very kind! The staff up front ... I’m always greeted with a smile and they are so friendly! Allison is my favorite she is more then a NP to me she is my therapist to lol she is wonderful and Dr. Lobel sees my son and is always joking and makes my son laugh so he enjoys going to the doctor now! At check out they are so friendly and cheerful � I would and have recommended all of my family and friends to go there! Love love love them!!
Plus 5 for the doctors, nurses and staff at Lex Family Practice White Knoll. The personal care and time that Dr. Shalkham and Lyndsey, NP provide is rare and greatly appreciated. Our family would be lost without them!
And the incompetence of the referral department continues. I finally spoke with Kayla after my phone calls weren't returned last week and she gave me date and time for MRI and appt. At Midlands orthopedics.. So we got for our appt today and they ask, do you have your mRI and x-rays? We say no , we didn't know we needed to bring them. Kayla apparently left out the little detail that we needed to come by and pick that up to take with us. And then midlands asks, you didn't get xrays at the doctors office? Doctors don't care what you say. Wouldn't listen to me for more than 2 minutes. Don't go to any Lexington family practices all of them are a joke
My family and I have been going here for 10 years. I have never had a complaint about the staff or the doctors. They spend quality personal time with you. Just love Dr. Shalkham. All of the doctors here are wonderful! Alison, NP is absolutely the best!!! Thanks for all you do!
Called to see about a new patient appointment for my husband to find a doctor's office closer to work and home. The lady that answered the phone said they did not have anything until May and did not even let me have the chance to talk or think about making a future appointment and hung up on me.
My first visit to this center was awesome. From Emily who took my initial call, to Allison who is just plain fantastic! Everyone that I came in contact today gave me great professional courtesy and care.. and I as told the staff there.. I was very happy to be there. Simply outstanding!
Self diagnosis half the time. They don't do their job very well! It's always viral..hmm
