I love Dr. Hicks and his nurse, Angie, is just awesome!
I like my doctor, but the staff is atrocious. I called in the am on Wed. Left a message for a script, for which I needed on Wed. Called back Wed. afternoon & they told me they were working on it. Called back Thursday afternoon to be told me it was still "holding". Asked what was wrong. They told me my dr. was off. I said was he here yesterday. Yes, they replied. WTF. Then I was told it can take up to 3 days to get a script. I told her the problem would be gone by then. Geezzz! Hate to leave my doc, but the staff is to blame.
