If this is how they treat new patients—with a cold, zero-tolerance attitude and no willingness to consider individual circumstances—I want no part of their care. Dr. Walters was absolutely amazing. He actually listens to his patients and is very thorough. You can tell he truly cares.
If you want a revolving door doctor and a rude team who doesn’t care about you then this place is for you. They are extremely slow. They will take as long as possible to call in a refill for your prescription. They just don’t care.
