Called for medicine refill over a week ago and no call back. I called to follow up and they said if you follow up it only delays your refill. Will be finding a new doctor after 36 years.
Really like Dr. Korman but the fact that the office REFUSES to call you back even when you beg them to is unbelievable. Spoke personally to the office manager to learn they have no intention of bettering their business practices. If you don’t have the first appointment of the day you will wait a lifetime to be seen. I understand they book appointments every 10 minutes; you do the math. Referrals can take up to 10 days, and prescriptions are not always handled correctly. Very frustrating.
Rude, rude, rude!!! Taking my business elsewhere. Don't send scripts in to pharmacy's. Long waits and the nurses are horrible!!
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Chapman is very knowledgeable and will take his time with you. Very friendly. Great bed side manner. And Megan his nurse is so friendly and takes care of you like your family. All around great place.
Horrible experience. No one will return my call to tell me what I need to do. When I have received a few calls back, the person acts like the haven't read my chart and has no idea what's going on. Very very unprofessional.
I like my doctor, even though I usually have to wait at least an hour to see him, after my appointment time. They always mess up calling in my prescriptions, though, every year. My appointment was a week ago. I called to tell them they called in the wrong prescription three times now. I have yet to get the right medication or even hear from anyone. I'll be looking for a different medical center for my physical next year. The customer service is just ridiculous.
Besides the wait, which is always an hour or more I like my doctor a lot. Though they could improve on 1) less wait time 2) calling patients back/refilling prescriptions faster.
