Not honest doctor
Extreme bad custom service. We have been Dr. Zhang's customer for my son's Ortho K glass for many years. Last year we subscribed the Atropine eyedrop annual plan from them. There should be 4 deliveries, one for each quarter. However, they only ordered 2 for us. When we double check with the by the end of years, they blamed us for not contacting them that we did not reveive the delivery in time, even though we provided the sms messages with them showing that we did reported to them the missing delivery a few months back. It was good, I think most of the negative reviews are because of a language barrier. Personally I had no issues.
The service is terrible
I would like to express my special thanks to Dr. Zhang and his office assistant. Recently my daughter got pink eyes, and she worried about how to handle "contact lens". Dr. Zhang and his office assistant provided help through phone calls. Many thanks to them!
