Dr.Liao is among most compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable doctors...change that to 'Humans' that I've met. She's usually at least a step or 2 ahead of my questions or concerns. I will always listen to her and always follow her recommendations (in spite of what I might have thought). Of all the physical issues I may have had, my eyes can be the most concerning. She doesn't pull any punches...but I trust her and I'll follow her advice wherever it takes me.
Dr Liao is very conscientious and thoughtful, and has given me very good care. The wait times are long for Lex Eye Associates, which is kind of a drag, both for scheduling and when you're sitting in the waiting room. However, I've been seen the day-of when I had a problem, and for routine appointments I don't need to get in right away. I appreciate the way Dr. Liao speaks to me and offers holistic eye-health advice, including reducing coffee for my particular family history.
