Great experience. The staff was welcoming. Noor helped with initial exam and Xrays, and Dr. Gowell took the time to carefully assess my issue without rushing to unnecessary procedures. She explained everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend.
Best dentist ever! Dr. Gowell is a highly professional and caring doctor who immediately put me at ease with her warm smile and cheerful attitude. The front desk staff and the dental hygienist were also great. The office is decorated with bright colors and plenty of beautiful plants. I highly recommend Lexington Dental Group!
I have been going to this location for about 15 years, since Dr. Brother was there. Some of the other dentists that came after were hit or miss. But Dr. Gowell has been fantastic. She spends time explaining things, and answering any questions I have very patiently. The rest of the staff is also very nice and super accommodating. Plus, they're open Fridays now!
I felt welcomed and not pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. In the past few weeks, I've had a cleaning and some preventative maintenance. Somaly took the time to slowly explain all the charges and the insurance (the numbers and insurance jargon makes me dizzy). Somaly has exceptional communication skills. Saimah sorted me out with a cleaning and X-Rays, while Christine and Dr. Gowell took care of replacing an old filling and a troubled crown. Everything was explained in detail as it happened. I would leave 10 stars if I could. Dr. Gowell is one of a kind -- compassionate, personable, so warm. I am in the middle of some restorative work after a very long dental hiatus, and everyone at the office has made this painfully easy (and also literally painless). Appreciate you all!
