I don't have any idea why the lower ratings were on this Dr. he saved my life in 1995 by pulling a pituitary tumor out of my head while my ejection fraction was seven. he saved my life. He tells it as it is.
Dr Tutt is a joke. Bought and paid for sell out doctor who gets big bucks to say injured patients are not injuries. He claims herniated and bulged disks are normal signs of aging and do not affect structural integrity of the spine.
This guy is a joke the workers comp companies tells this sell out what to say.I went for an ime this guy just pulls his decessions out of his butt.
