Nicki Pitman is the worst doctor I have ever interacted with in my life Any time I went to see her it felt like was just trying to get done with me as soon as possible. When I expressed some health concerns she completely dismissed them and didn’t care about what I was saying. She has no bed side manners. I will never go back to her again.
Dr. Ravvin has surgical skills but he only wants perfection. As my results were not perfect and I had ongoing pain, he had no interest in following me or addressing my pain.Dr. Ravvin is short and is too vain to stand on a stool so he lowers the operating table to his level forcing all of his surgical team to stoop and hurt their backs.

Dr. Pittman has been my primary physician for the entire 29 years she has served at Lexington Clinic. She has served me without compromise during that entire period. During this tenure I have experienced several knee surgeries, open heart surgery, ovarian cancer surgery, without a hesitation after an evaluation confirming her suspicions of diagnosis. Waited 4 mos. for a 15 min. appt. Dr. ignored my request to try something other than yet another RX to treat my headaches. Prescribed a med that left me with terrible side effects. Sent 3 messages over a 3 week period stating I couldn't tolerate the medication. Only after the 3rd message with the subject line, This Is My 3rd Attempt To Contact Someone!, did he bother to reply. Visited with Dr Al and he took the time to actually listen to my issues and then did a thorough job coming up with a gameplan and explaining it to me.
He is very thorough and informative abot your health.
He has only his opinion and will not consider alternatives other than surgery. I question him on alternatives and his answers was, 'Would you like to consult with a surgeon?' When I answered 'No', he ended the appointment and sent a registered letter banning me from the clinic. It appears to me, it is either his way or the highway. DO NOT go to him unless you want surgery.
